We were resting at Oleksandr's house, a family of 11 people. We liked everything, everyone had a place to stay. Very convenient grill, and a neat area. Lots of cookware and drinks. We didn't use the pool because it was cool. Oleksandr is a very nice person, and he helped us with all the issues. It is also possible to buy charcoal for the grill. Great place to relax!

Vyacheslav is a great and welcoming host! The house is nice, tidy, has everything for a barbecue, a river with incredible views)) We especially recommend trying the sauna, this is a real relaxation!))

A great place to meet Kyiv — I especially liked the balcony and the landscape alley just across the road

Very cozy studio in the heart of the city ❤️ Maidan is a 5-minute walk away, very quiet and cozy location. In the middle, everything is tidy, corresponds to the description and photos.

This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

Great apartment. For a few days - the perfect option. Everything you need is nearby. There is a place to leave the car right on the territory. A perfect place to spend time with a loved one) Everything is just great! Everything is necessary - even in the kitchen. Everything looks neat and clean. I recommend to visit.

The place fully matches the photos, it was warm and cozy. Serhii is a pleasant person in communication and showed everything you need at check-in, told about the nearest shops, stops for convenience. Value for money 10/10. Thank you so much!

The flat was amazing, very clean, convenient, all the things you could ask for: dishwasher, iron, washing machine, wee balcony, spacious and nicely equipped bathroom. Beautiful view meeting the sunsets every evening. The host was very friendly and responsive, gave loads of lovely recommendations about the restaurants, amenities, coffeeshops and even the shelter options in case of shelling. Absolutely happy with my stay, the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, quite accessible by walking (Rusanivska island) - just what you need when you come for a specific business in nearby areas.

Wonderful, atmospheric apartment with a good location. A big plus is having a speaker for music and a good library. It's also convenient that there was a flexible check-in time.

The apartment itself is very comfortable, modern, and with a great view of the city. location-wise it’s within walking distance to parks and city center. Nataliya was an amazing host, very attentive and quick to respond, and made sure everything was well-taken care of throughout my stay. Definitely recommended!

If I were to create an AirBnB, I would want it to be like this. If you plan a long stay, I have two words for you... "clothes dryer" (not common in Ukrainian AirBnBs). There are plenty of places to eat nearby and you can walk to the city center in about 25 minutes. It isn't close to the Metro but the area is very walkable, or call and Uklon. One of the best AirBnBs I have ever stayed in anywhere. I can't think of a thing it was missing and it's like new. The price is well worth it when you consider there is security and parking included. Unless you are looking for something really cheap, you should stay here.

Excellent location close to grocery stores, restaurants, metro stations. The apartment has modern decor and is very quiet at night. Would love to book again in the future. Snizhana is very kind and proactive - one step ahead in making sure things are alright for the guest (which would be me).

It is difficult for me to evaluate the apartment because I rented it for my relatives, but they are satisfied and this is the main thing for me. I fully agree with their impressions!
