Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Das individuelle Gästehaus liegt am Ende des 6ha großen Anwesens. Ein ehemaliger Stall ist heute ein mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail umgestaltetes Refugium für 4 Personen. Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit Essbereich und Kamin, ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne. Das 1. OG besteht aus einem loftartigen Studio mit großer Fensterfront, in dem ein weiteres Doppelbett steht. Dort gibt es außerdem einen weiteren Kamin, einen Flügel und eine große Eckcouch.

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Kyllburg is a good starting point for cycling tours, hikes and excursions to Trier and Luxembourg.
