Superbe logement dans un village calme et agréable. Très confortable pour une famille de quatre et le fait de disposer d’un parking était particulièrement appréciable. Ioannis est un hôte très réactif et sympathique.

Nice apartment well located with a beautiful view. Georgina has been reactive and her mother have been helpful.

Πολυ καλογουστος χωρος με ανεσεις και φυσικη δροσια. Φανταστικη θεα και ηλιοβασιλεμα. Η Φωτεινη εχει εξοπλισει πληρως τον χωρο και με παροχες για πρωινο.

This is our second time here. We LOVE this place. Perfect place in a perfect spot. Flampouria really is the best… solitary swims before 10am are such a rare thing. The sunsets are wonderful too. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to rest and recharge by the sea. I also want to mention our wonderful hosts who have been so warm and kind to us on both occasions! Thank you for sharing this perfect spot. :)

A beautiful cottage in a very calm village. It was spotlessly clean and George went out of his way to make sure I have a good time, and was always available to sort out any arising issues. Nature around the house is really nice, although there isn’t much to do off season. Great place for a peaceful holiday!

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti da Fiona e siamo stati molto bene! La casa è arredata con gusto, con tanti oggetti molti dell'artista che li ha creati! Inoltre è attrezzatissima, ha una bellissima terrazza dove fare colazione o fare un aperitivo guardando il tramonto e uno spazio esterno attrezzato con lettini, dondolo e tavolino. Un posto rilassante per godersi il cielo azzurro, il mare blu di giorno e le stelle di notte. Ma sopra ogni cosa c'è Mimì ❤️. Innanzitutto parla in italiano perfettamente. È simpatica, gentile e disponibile, come suo marito. Ci ha dato consigli su spiagge, ristoranti e cose da fare. Siamo stati benissimo e avremmo voluto stare più giorni. Grazie davvero, siamo stati meravigliosamente bene!

This place is paradise - we absolutely loved staying here and really hope to return soon! As per the photos the decoration is beautiful and the views absolutely stunning but we were also so comfortable in the house. It had everything we needed and we found it all so easy. The pool was big enough for plenty of fun with 2 young kids and the patio was such a special place to sit and watch the incredible sunset and the goats coming round the hill! Dimitra was an amazing host - she kindly offered to pick us up from the port and also took us back at the end of our stay. She also left wine and breakfast items as a welcome gift so we could relax straight away. She was always on hand with recommendations (including great delivery food to the villa - highly recommend so you can enjoy the sunset!) and if we needed anything. Sifnos itself is gorgeous - we loved Kamares and especially the Italian restaurant Passione Italiana which I think is the best pizza and pasta we’ve had outside of Italy!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

Oksana was a wonderful hostess. She was very accommodating and gave us an early checkin as we had been traveling for over 24 hours and were so tired. She assisted us with a taxi too. The house and pool were very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the sunset view was beautiful. It was peaceful, quiet, spacious and we felt very safe there. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning accommodation and great hosts. Very clean and loads of space. The beach bar in walking distance was definitely a bonus 🏝️

We had such a wonderful stay here. If you are looking to stay in Syros this is the place to be ! Vaggelis was very kind and welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations for Syros. The room was nice and clean with great air conditioning. We loved the swimming pool! Walking distance from multiple beaches and amazing restaurants . Would stay here again !

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sifnos and our time spent at the apartment. We were sad the pool wasn’t ready but Georgia more than made up for that by making us absolutely delicious breakfasts from the 7 Seas kitchen ! The views were stunning and the Ocean access was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a week-long stay (or longer), and situated very close to shops in Lavrio for groceries. Waking up everyday to the beautiful sunrise over the sea with mountains in view was amazing. We were able to very comfortably fit our whole family here without any issues and there was still more space we could have used for additional people if needed. We definitely plan to come back here for more family vacations.

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

A clean, comfortable, well laid out apartment that's just a hop, skip and jump from the quiet, relaxing beach. From the front porch, you get a clear view of the sea and mesmeric horizon. There was wi-fi, but it was a little temperamental. Our mobile phone signal was strong so it was a minor inconvenience. Also, the shower doesn't run hot, but with the temperatures we experienced a cool shower is what was mostly needed anyway. We stayed for 7 nights and could have doubled that time, happily. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer guten und zentralen Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief perfekt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wer in Kythnos bleibt kann hier ohne Bedenken eine schöne Zeit verbringen.

Very nice place, the view of the west side of the island is very pretty, you can see a beautiful sunset from the terrace which is very big ! The room itself is nice, the only thing missing for us would be a place to cook but otherwise it was very nice. You probably should have a car to access the place thought. Jakob was very quick to respond to our messages and he gave very good recommendations ! Overall we had a nice stay at his place !

Από την πρώτη στιγμή, οι οικοδεσπότες μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε καλοδεχούμενοι και ήταν διαθέσιμοι για να μας βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι κι αν χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μόλις λίγα βήματα από την παραλία με πολύ όμορφη θέα και ηρεμία. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la partie extérieure qui a un point de vue absolument exceptionnel. Le jacuzzi ainsi que les aménagements permettent vraiment de profiter de l'endroit, qui est magique ! Le matin nous avons fait notre yoga devant cet incroyable paysage et nous avons profité de la plage juste à côté accessible très facilement à pieds. Il est important de savoir que le logement est mitoyen de l'habitation des propriétaires, ce qui peut vous gêner au niveau de l'intimité, mais toute la famille est adorable et charmante. Les chambres sont un peu petites, mais nous y avons bien dormi. Je recommande cet endroit !

Une de nos plus belles expériences. La situation de la maison est incroyable , la plage est splendide , les propriétaires charmants, aux petits soins et extrêmement discrets . Nous reviendrons , c’est sûr .

Nikolao’s place is a piece of heaven on earth. A truly remarkable beautiful and peaceful place, just what the soul needs for a getaway. The pool, the practically private beach and the views were amazing. Nikolaos and his partner was a perfect hosts, super responsive and making sure we have what we need. We will surely be back!
