Atenea's corner.

Old construction house, ideal for resting if you are traveling or to get to know the Alcarria. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room, ideal for four/five people. By some stairs a little steep one goes upstairs, where there is another bathroom (with a hot tub), a bedroom with a double bed and another with a 120 cm bed. From there you access the loft by the wooden stairs (see photos), in which there are two 90 cm beds.

In the center, but very quiet. Recently renovated and 100m from the Gran Vía, with all the cinemas, theaters and shops. Very close to Puerta del Sol, if you have time to visit it. Perfect for one person or a couple. It has AC, wifi, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, hair dryer, and everything you need to feel at home and rest after going to your work meetings/studios in town. This is a short-term rental apartment governed by LAU 3.2
