The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

Completely renovated in 2023, our house is ideal for enjoying La Baule, the beach and its surroundings. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Named the "nice house" in tribute to its previous tenant, this old farmhouse has been completely renovated and updated. It has an enclosed garden with terrace and 3 parking spaces. It can accommodate 6 people, has 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) all with shower room and private toilet. On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen open onto the garden.
