Dans le jardin, accès partagé avec une 2ème maison : terrains de sport et jeux (pétanque, basket, foot, tyrolienne, trampoline, balançoire, château, crossfit). Connexion fibre. No private parking space for cars (free parking in the village). Motorcycles can be parked on the property. Quiet in a village, its location is ideal for exploring the region: hills of Pagnol, Ste Victoire, 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, beaches (Cassis, La Ciotat...), 25 minutes from Marseille and its famous coves.
