Vous logerez dans un appt pour 4 personnes plus un bébé (lit parapluie et chaise haute fournis) de 55 m2 avec balcon au 2eme et dernier étage(sans ascenseur). Il est composé d une cuisine, de deux chambres, d un salon et d une salle de bain/wc(baignoire sabot). La maison est composée de 2 appartement. Le notre est au 1er. Nous restons discrets le plus possible afin de vous laisser un maximum la maison et le jardin.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.

Located 50m from Parc Fenestre (high entrance with children's games) and 800m walk from the city center (shops, thermal baths, casino...). Many hiking trails start nearby. A room is available to store your bikes and/or skis. Four sleds are available for the winter. In winter season a shuttle that departs from the city center, will take you to Mont Dore station

Close to the city center; (5-min walk) where you can go to the tourist office offering many activities suitable for everyone!

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June we offer a meal basket for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire farmer, homemade bread, cheese glass with fruit)+ €6 with a Btl de Chateaugay.

Great place to stay and rest in peace and disconnect! Our apartment is a 100 m2 duplex, renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style. Very bright, it is located in a quiet residence, 5 min walk to the center of La Bourboule. All shops, restaurants, thermal baths, casino, Parc Fenestre and shuttles to the ski slopes are within walking distance. By car, the Nordic and alpine ski resorts of Massif de Sancy are 10-15 minutes away.

49m2 apartment in the city center of Bourboule, you will find the main square, restaurants, shops, casino, thermal baths, the fenestra park, everything is within walking distance.... There's a lot of hiking trails... In winter, a shuttle bus takes you down the Mont Dore slopes. It has a cellar for storing skis,bikes... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer... There is space and very bright.
