Holiday rentals with a patio in La Cadière-d'Azur

A little jewel! I stayed with my family in this studio with sea view, and we were delighted. It is very functional, nicely furnished, well-equipped and perfectly optimized for a comfortable stay. The residence is very quiet, ideal for resting. We particularly enjoyed the splendid view and easy access to the beach on foot. Marion's welcome was exceptional: warm, available and always attentive. Absolutely loved staying in Marc's apartment. Everything about it was amazing - it was peaceful, spacious, the style, the terrace, the layout and decor. We loved using the projector to watch films in the evening. The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect too - a beautiful neighbourhood close to the Vauban area. We didn't want to leave! Would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for having us.

We were so well accommodated! The apartment was very clean, quiet, very well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the very blackout metal blinds to recover from the jet lag, the balcony with its awning, the very pleasant shower. Amer was available to us when we needed him. A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment, fully equipped, very bright and clean, secure residence and very quiet, the charm of the terrace with the setting sun. The city of Sanary is within a 10-minute walk. We are delighted with our stay and can only recommend this rental with excellent contact and hosting from Raymond. We had a very good welcome with Sophie! The accommodation is located in a quiet and safe place. Two minutes walk from the beach, with children it's perfect. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful five-day stay! The small apartment is lovingly furnished and very well equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, which can also be enjoyed from the beautiful pool. The hostess is extremely friendly, warm and at the same time very respectful of the privacy of her guests. Just the right mix of tranquility, comfort and nature. We will be happy to come back.

Jean-Sylvestre is a very kind host who gave us suggestions for hikes in the area. The large terrace is pleasant and shaded with a plancha that we used for a friendly meal.

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

We spent about ten days with my partner and my two daughters at Anna's place, where we were welcomed. The space was very comfortable and spacious. A place I recommend and where I'll go back without a second thought.

A beautiful meeting at Lucette and Paul's. We were hosted very well. They informed us of the places to visit in their beautiful region, which allowed us to discover the essentials. The accommodation is very pleasant and there is everything you need to feel at home. The pool is also very nice. We had a pleasant time at Paul and Lucette's.

We loved staying here. It’s a perfect location in a quiet and beautiful street and close to the harbour. The house was very clean and tidy. Corinne responded promptly to any questions and she was very helpful. There is a lovely outside seating area that is really nice and peaceful. This is an excellent place to stay, and close enough to walk to the harbour in 5 minutes. The broadband is fast!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We’ve rented several other apartments in Aix over the years, and this was by far the best. Honestly, the building isn’t much to look at, but the apartment is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, the apartment is very well-equipped (it helps to find the hidden kitchen drawers 😂), the (rear) bed is très confortable, the showers are generous and modern. The extra office room was great for relaxing and reading, and the terrace was lovely. Having a fully equipped laundry room was just the cherry on top! All in all, we were very impressed with the apartment, and found it to be the perfect base for our adventures in Provence. I hesitate to recommend it too enthusiastically, because I don’t want to find out that it’s booked before we can stay there again!

Thanks to Naïma for her responsiveness, the apartment was great, as in the photos. Small downside in terms of soundproofing but apart from that it was great and very clean. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Gaëlle is a very charming host. Very responsive to the message, check-in and checkout went very smoothly. The directions were very clear and really helpful. The apartment is very well located. In a peaceful residence. You have access to the sea within 100m. You can visit Bandol on foot . I would highly recommend it.

The apartment is superb and there was everything we needed. Beautiful terrace, beautiful garden and close to the beach. Anne is the nicest and made us feel very welcome, with lots of toys for our young daughter. We'd love to come back.
