At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Charming old house in the countryside close to the landing beaches (6 kms). Right next to Bayeux with its famous tapestry (3 km). Private garden and closed in the sun all day. At the edge of the village with grocery store that also bakery and restaurant. 20 minutes from Caen , its Abbeys and its Peace Memorial. Easy access to the ferry from Ouistreham to England or Carpiquet airport. 7 mins to Bayeux train station, direct train to Paris. Vintage furniture and creations.

A south-facing terrace overlooking a sunny enclosed garden, parking possible in the courtyard. Television, Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen provided.

Charming fully renovated house 600 m from the sea. Ideal location for discovering the landing beaches. The "Petit Pelloquin" is located in the park of a property (19th century) and is composed of a living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (clawfoot tub), a master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a small bedroom with bunk beds. Linens are provided. Large garden, courtyard with dining area. We also have 5 guest rooms "La maison Pelloquin"
