Vivienda monumental, céntrica, muy original y silenciosa, ideal para descansar tras un día de turismo por la bella Córdoba. Cuenta con 2 amplios dormitorios, el principal con bañera hidromasaje y ambos con camas king size especiales y con 2 baños privados en suite cada uno de ellos. El alojamiento tiene salón comedor con chimenea eléctrica, cocina americana con utensilios de máxima calidad, lavadora secadora privada, horno-microondas, cafetera Nespresso, calentador aerochino de leche marca Nespresso, etc. Patio andaluz central, terraza de unos 20 metros cuadrados con vistas al skyline de Córdoba y Jacuzzi de exterior con depuradora y bomba de calor; se alquila por días para uso exclusivo sólo para su apartamento y para las personas que se alojen con usted, es decir, no lo compartirán con el resto de huéspedes. Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago. Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue.
