The studio was completely renovated in 2022 and now our guests also have a beautiful eat-in kitchen with dining area and couch at their disposal. A Mediterranean covered terrace with garden and BBQ with Gas completes the whole thing. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. A tennis court with sports facilities such as paddle tennis, yoga and Pilates is in the immediate vicinity.

Fantastic villa, located near the village. It has a private pool as well as one of the best sea views of Calpe. Parking with capacity for several cars. Pets are allowed. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car, is sandy and has lifeguards in summer. The larger beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are approximately 10-15 minutes away.

This was our first time visit to Calpe and it certainly wont be our last. We were greeted at the shop to pick up the keys and show us the location of the villa, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The villa is split in two, wity two seperate entrances; the top half has a kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining room. The bottom half has 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. As there was 3 of us, we just used the top half. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The pool is approx 6x3 and is perfect to cool off and float around. We did loose hot water on our second day, but it was quickly fixed when i explained the problem. Fantastic service. It was roughly 1 mile to the beach, we did walk there, but found driving the better option as it was up steep hills coming back and in the heat can feel quite hard. The are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets too, again you can walk within 15 minutes to the closest. Overall, really lovely villa!

Lovely with the house! Sara's parents are very attentive, the lovely patio for those dinner nights with family! The pool super nice and not very crowded ! If I would put any pega it would be great to consider dishwashing! Otherwise, everything was good! Sure we'll be back! Thank you!!

Igor's place was perfectly kitted out. large and spacious with great Air-con and facilities. The location is excellent and the views from are 2st floor balcony are very nice. The view from the ground floor were a little restricted due to some trees sadly obscuring the view of the bay. However, these trees will he gone in the next few months and the view will be a huge unrestricted panoramic view of the whole of the peninsula. Stunning. Igor was a great host and communication was very good. Karen met us early to check in and was available via phone throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
