Nice accommodation in a farmhouse between town and country, 10 minutes from the historic center of Rennes towards St Malo. Completely renovated, independent accommodation of 50 m2, located on the ground floor with private garden and terrace. Public transit to Rennes nearby. Possibility of being greeted either in person for the key handover, or independently (secure box). Come and enjoy this relaxing place, at the gates of the city, on the way to the sea.

Everything was perfect! Julien and Johanna are both very nice and friendly. From day one I felt right at home. They helped me whenever I needed it. They are the best :) As for the house; the room has all the things for one person. More comfortable than a hotel no doubt! All appliances in the kitchen, bathroom etc. work well. There are plenty of appliances for cooking. The apartment is very close to the bus stop and it takes 13-14 min. to the metro station (villejean-uni). There is a shopping mall near the apartment (5-6 min by bus) and a supermarket (1 min walk) so shopping is easier too. In short: It was a very good experience and I sincerely recommend it.

A perfect stay! Séverine is an exceptional, warm and attentive host, who takes care of every detail. Her accommodation is comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need, perfect for a stay with a child. I particularly appreciated our exchanges, her sense of hospitality, and the fact that Séverine was present when I needed a boost, while leaving the space and independence necessary for us to feel, my daughter and I, at home. It is an experience that I would recommend without reservation and that I would gladly repeat. A big thank you, Séverine!
