Entre Nantes et Saint Nazaire, proche du LAC et ces activités (Piscine, accrobranche, tennis …) La Mer est à environ 30min en voiture, pour des excursions sur nos plages (Pornichet, la Baule, Pornic). Nourrir nos 2 chats svp (nourriture fournie et ils vivent dehors).

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The park provides access to recreation for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds) except for one bedroom. Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€95).
