Nossa estadia de uma semana em Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine foi simplesmente fantástica. O apartamento é, sem dúvida, um achado em Paris: muito novo, confortável, moderno e, além disso, conta com uma garagem — o que foi essencial para nós, pois tínhamos a intenção de explorar os arredores de Paris, especialmente os castelos (châteaux). O imóvel está situado em uma região de construções recentes, bastante agradável e funcional. Há dois pequenos mercados próximos que atendem perfeitamente às necessidades de uma estadia como a nossa. Em poucos minutos, também tínhamos acesso à linha 14 do metrô, que leva à estação Châtelet em cerca de 20 minutos. Enfim, recomendamos vivamente o apartamento e a estadia com a anfitriã Fanny. Essa experiência reacendeu em nós a antiga paixão que temos por esta cidade tão especial.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sogar größer, als wir aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hatten. Wir haben mehrere Wohnungen mit kleinen Kindern besucht. Was diese Wohnung besonders gut macht, ist das alles vorhanden ist (von Küchengeräten bis zu Spielzeug). Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang von der Wohnung zur Metrostation. Es gibt auch mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe der Wohnung. Lauriane ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung für Familien, die Paris besuchen möchten.

Eine schöne geschmackvolle und gemütliche Wohnung mit einem chilligen Balkon in der 7. Etage, ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Anbindung an verschiedene Metrolinien, ein Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Wir wurden von Alexandra freundlich in Empfang genommen und sie hat uns gute Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Great stay, good location in Montmartre. Well appointed, tastefully decorated, personal touch and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive, flexible and friendly which made communication very smooth. I recommend for its charm, convenience and a great host!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sara's place. Everything from the space to the decor to the location was absolutely perfect. Pictures do not do it justice as I wish I could literally live here everyday. It's a gem in the neighborhood and I would absolutely choose here again whenever I come back to Paris. Don't walk, run to this booking! Sara was super helpful with all of my questions about the space and the city. She gave us recommendations for local activities and was helpful with travel questions. Overall, had a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the apartment. I wasn’t sure about the lication at first. But, it was close to the Metro, and an easy walk to many attractions. Being across from the Ritz and Park Hyatt, and literally next door to Tiffany's made me feel like the neighborhood was upscale and safe. There was a Bakery 3 minutes away for breakfast. The building and apartment was wonderful. Just as described. It felt like Paris.

Great place to stay, on a 10min walk from Gare du Nord, 20 minutes to Montmartre. The stairs to the build in bedroom felt a little dangerous to me (i'm a big guy), maybe thats different for other people. I chose to sleep on the sofa bed, and that was absolutely fine. Everything was there, it was clean and Marie was very quick and friendly in her responses. I would certainly go back there!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

L’intérieur de l’appartement est parfait. Le lit est grand et très confortable. C’est propre et nous avons à notre disposition tout ce qui est nécessaire. L’accueil de Nicolas a été extraordinaire. Notre sommes arrivées vers 13h alors que l’appartement était disponible à 16h. Nicolas nous a chaleureusement accueilli dans son restaurant et a gardé nos valises. Nous sommes donc allées faire une promenade et à notre retour, nos deux valises de plus de 20kg étaient dans l’appartement. Il y a 3 étages très étroites alors un énorme merci à Nicolas qui nous m’a probablement évité un mal de dos 😊 Il est important d’aller profiter d’un succulent repas de pâtes et pizza au restaurant de Nicolas. C’est délicieux! Merci pour ce magnifique séjour!

Le logement d’Alexandra est parfait, à quelques pas du métro, très propre et très bien pensé, la literie est très bonne ! Alexandra est une hôte parfaite, très gentille et disponible. N’hésitez pas à vous arrêter dans ce chouette appartement !

Great studio. Clean and cosy with everything you need. Cleaning products and amenities were great. Great studio, walkable distance to the Louvre and other things. Lots of transport around. Safe building with gates and codes. The hosts helped me when I locked myself out by accident. They were very responsive within 20 minutes when I struggled with the lockbox to check in. Great experience.

Le logement est très agréable et agencé avec soin, à 10 min environ du métro. Petite terrasse appréciable. Juste un léger bemol pour notre arrivée avec notre véhicule, où nous avons eu du mal pour rentrer dans le parking sous-terrain, très très juste en hauteur et largeur ... attention aux véhicules de type Vito 😉 Le 2e lit (1 place) étant un matelas gonflable, ça peut éventuellement être gênant pour de longs séjours... mais nous sommes restés 3 nuits et ça à été parfait pour notre fille sur cette courte durée. Nous recommandons et n'hésiterons pas à revenir séjourner chez Laurent

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris war sehr hilfsreich. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und sauber. Da hat man alles was er braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und neu. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen das man sehr einfach parken kann und dann auch die Treppen am Eingang vermeiden kann. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Falls wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder die Wohnung mieten. Der Schwimmbad ist auch sehr schön aber nicht für Kinder, die unter 150 cm groß sind. Wenn jmnd denken dass der Preis zu hoch ist, lohnt es sich aber echt. Danke Boris für deine Unterstützung und deine Mühe!

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Die Wohnung von Roland ist ein Prachtstück, ein wahrer "hidden gem". Beste Lage: Wer Montmartre mag wird Rolands Wohnung lieben. Schon vor über 20 Jahren nutze Amelie Poulain dieselbe U-Bahn-Station, auch sie wusste, wo es sich lohnt, ein- und auszusteigen.

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
