Tout juste créé, ce 2,5 pièces de 60 m2 est au calme alors que ses vues donnent sur le coeur de cité, dans un quartier arborisé. Il propose des lignes résolument modernes (empruntées aux lofts) lors même que demeurent visibles certains témoins "Art nouveau". Bien qu'il soit meublé et décoré avec style, chacun(e) devrait trouver à y brancher ses énergies !
