Close to the Dronne (500 m) for swimming, fishing or canoeing Charming cottage, former stone dryer, composed of 3 bedrooms, one of which is on one level with a double bed and a shower room + toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed + a single bed and a bathroom with toilet. Large living room with open kitchen, access to large terrace with magnificent views of the countryside. Private and enclosed garden.

A proximité, une baignade sur les bords de la Dronne avec une plage aménagée et surveillée pendant la période estivale, aire de jeux, snack, restaurant. Vous pourrez aussi pratiquer des activités aquatiques (canoë kayac)... le tout à 5 mn à pied.

Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

Parking is free and easy to find right in front of the house Wi-Fi is available if you need it. On the terrace, you can enjoy stunning views of the forest and vegetable garden. Breakfast: tea, coffee and 1 madeleine available.
