We rent an apartment with an area of about 75 sqm, located under Alicante, Costa Blanca region, Orihuela-Costa, the city of Punta Prima. The apartment is for family / group - from 1 to max 6 guests. The year-round apartment has a private terrace (about 12 sqm, included in the area of the apartment) - with the possibility of closing or fully opening the window door. The terrace offers a beautiful view of palm trees and two pools (for use only for residents of the estate), as well as a side view of the sea.

Cozy apartment located in the middle of lovely Punta Prima, located outside Torrevieja 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 large terraces. One with morning / morning sun, and one with afternoon / evening sun. Fenced, quiet area with pool and playground. Wi-fi and AC are available, as well as dishwasher and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Grill Close to several different nice beaches, shops, amusement parks and restaurants. Walking distance to one of Europe's finest shopping malls; La Zenia.

Very nice penthouse apartment, 73 m2. (785 ft2) Two bedrooms, 80m2 (861 ft2) private roof solarium with an outdoor kitchen. Nice location in Punta Prima. Close to restaurants, shopping, golf courses and the beach. La Zenia Boulevard, is only a five minutes’ drive away. Marinamed is a closed complex with a beautiful garden and a pool. Quiet and secure area with several permanent residents in the complex. Private parking outside. Wifi and large Smart TV.

Completely renovated seaside apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice balcony with a dining corner and sun loungers. Just a few meters from the sandy beach of Punta Prima, the apartment is located in a very quiet and relaxing location, next to a promenade and a coastal path that connects it to the neighboring city of Torrevieja. It is very close to many quality restaurants and shopping areas, just a few minutes walk away.
