Confortable logement de 60m2 dans un mas typique en pierres du 18ème au milieu des vignes. Accès, terrasse et parking indépendants . Sur la commune de Saint-Montan (village de caractère). Logement: 1 chambre : lit en 160, bureau et dressing. Pièce de vie: salon canapé clic-clac, tv et wifi cuisine équipée (four, lave vaisselle, nespresso, induction..) Très grande salle de bain avec lave linge, baignoire, douche, 2 vasques. Matériel bébé (chaise haute, lit bb) et livres enfants.

On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!
