You will be our only guest! You can rent either our luxurious 33 m2 (353 sq2) studio, equipped for two or this studio plus an extra room, for four (60 m2- 642 sq2 total). The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!

Lost in the heart of the forest, the hamlet of Vernades is the ideal place to rest far from the city and walk in the nature. The atmosphere is family, sunny and peaceful. This allows you to visit the famous cities of the region, and to extract yourself whenever you want from the flow of tourists in summer. Enjoy 3 suites with bathroom, dressing room and private toilet, a mezzanine with 2 beds, a 12x6 m swimming pool and exceptional views of the Château de Grimaud and Gassin. Without neighbors, absolutely quiet, 2 km from the village and 25 min from Saint-Tropez. To access the villa, there is a small path of 500 m to take, we do not recommend very low cars.

Private swimming pool secured by alarm, heatable between 24 and 27°C on request (included), allow about 10 days for the temperature to rise. Heating available from early May to late June and from early September to late October.
