Come and enjoy a pleasant spacious, bright, comfortable apartment for 2 adults (1st floor) fully equipped in a quiet area of town next to the banks of the Seine. 5 min walk from the city center, 5 min by car from Gare de Saint-Aubin-les-Elbeuf, 25 min from ROUEN by car (an F9 bus passes every 15-20 min to get there: stop 2 min walk), 1h30 from PARIS via the A13, 1 hour from our beautiful Normandy beaches via the A13. The space is suitable for longer stays as well.

25 m2 studio on the ground floor, 10 min walk to the city center and 3 min to the banks of the Seine. It will seduce you with its mezzanine. It is located 17 minutes from Rouen Exhibition Centre, 25 minutes from Kindarena, 16 minutes from Biotropica. At the end of the street, Place du Champ de Foire, the F9 bus line will take you to Rouen. Free street parking (not always available) and free parking at the end of the street (Champ de Foire).

the bungalow " la Bohème" has capacity for 4 people, it has two bedrooms, which consists of, a double bed, and a bed of 90. house linen is provided, a bed and a high chair for baby. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
