Datant du 18ième siècle, cette maison était connue de tout le village et encore aujourd'hui beaucoup d'habitants se rappellent y avoir passé un moment. La rénovation a porté sur la mise en valeurs des matériaux naturels (bois, pierre) en ajoutant un côté moderne. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Family cottage for 14 people

The 3-star cottage is a family house completely renovated in 2020. With an area of approximately 160 m2, it can comfortably accommodate 12 people (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). However, it can accommodate up to 14 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends. Ideally located, you can enjoy the calm of the countryside, while being close to the sea. Pets are allowed.

Fully renovated in 2024, this 90 sqm house proposes a high quality service on 2 floors and will accommodate up to 4 persons for an unforgettable stay. The house is a 15 min drive from the sea and 35 min drive for the D-Day beaches.
