Relax in this quiet and stylish space. New and equipped one-floor studio of approximately 22 m2. Located in the immediate vicinity of the racecourse, 1 km from the beach, the train station and 800m from the market street. It has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a double bed 140X190 as well as a small garden. The studio is attached to our primary residence. Access and the courtyard are independent, privatized and dedicated to guests. Linens and bath towels provided.

The thalasso and casino, in addition to all the beachfront restaurants, are nearby. Fully equipped house, nothing to provide. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels, contact me if necessary. The room is equipped with a 160/200 bed (220/240 duvet) and the second bed is the sofa bed in the living room, also 140/200.
