Great place to stay for a few days! Host was very responsive and super helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. My husband said he slept great in their bed! Lots of windows and natural light which is great unless someone is staying in the studio across the patio. The shades on all the doors/windows provided great privacy though! Great bang for your buck, would definitely stay again!

Great host, everything in terms of shops and restaurants are nearby and I would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for our weekend. We met Ian right as we got there an he made sure we entered from the alley. He was very friendly and helpful. Loved the recliners, would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved this place. Very local and calm neighborhood. The patio is so chic and very spacious ❤️. The private garage was exactly what we needed. Our pup felt comfortable and at home. We used all of the amenities and felt at ease with this apartment. It definitely made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Thank you!

We loved this place. even though it was cloudy and windy, the porch was our favorite place to be! We watched Sea Lions, seagulls, pelicans and surfers during our morning coffee and dusk wine sunsets. Location was also great, within 15 to 20 minutes we were able to explore so much during the 3 days we were there. If you can only do a couple of things I suggest spending a couple of hours at the Cabrillo National Monument $20 valid for 7 days, you can hike, visit the monument, light house, tide pools, visitor center, The view is spectacular! Then head to Old Town and ride the 2 hours trolley - hop on and hop off or enjoy the full ride. Mexican food galore or stop by Little Italy for some yummy pizza! It was our first time in San Diego, but we will be back for sure, and hopefully Rick's place will be available! also a bonus, you get to use the garage!

This will be my go to place anytime I’m in San Diego be it for leisure or business. Coming from the downtown Nashville area, we are used to being on guard, however, from the moment we stepped into this place, we felt immediately safe. It’s super clean and perfectly tucked away from hustle and bustle of the cove while still being a 5 minute walk from one of the most breath taking beach spots I’ve seen. (Tourist free). You can walk to plenty of shops and food. (Don Carlos for the best tacos- plant based options available). Comfy bed & easy, close street parking. Cold ac if you run hot like me, plus a box fan if you need that white noise feel. Plenty of space to store clothes with nice touches like beach chairs and beach towels. My favorite part of the whole place had to be the kind neighbors and their sweet dog. If you’re not a dog person my heart hurts, BUT he’s no bother. He’s the best boy, so you’re in luck. You just see his sweet face in his window occasionally. 10/10. Will return!

Our experience with this studio exceeded our expectations in every way. My girlfriend and I couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice, it’s even more stunning in person. The studio was spotless when we arrived, it’s very spacious and the perfect size for 2 people, there was enough closet space for us to fully unpack all of our belongings, and overall everything in the studio is very high quality. There was also a lot more private space outside than we expected from the pictures! Rebecca and Phil were so friendly and they do all the little things to give you the best possible experience. Rebecca gave us tons of good recommendations for La Jolla and even gave us some delicious fruit from her garden. Also, a screw fell out of our cars license plate and without us even asking, Phil came out with a box of screws to repair it. Any time we messaged them, they always responded right away. Easily the best airbnb experience I’ve had!

We enjoyed our stay here very much!Checking in was seamless as the instructions were very helpful. The photos look exactly like the place, it’s very clean, and you have everything you need to feel right at home- even parking. We did experience a noisy neighbor but the host responded immediately to address it and we were able to continue to enjoy our stay. I would definitely book again! It was the perfect place for my little family.

We enjoyed staying at this studio in La Jolla. It was super walkable, close to great restaurants and cafes, and it was an overall great experience. When an issue came up, Phillip was super responsive & resolved the issue. We highly recommend to stay here!

So happy. Would love to stay at Janine’s again. I felt so content and at peace exactly where I was, between the balcony’s views, the golden hour lighting in the place, and even lounging on the bed still being able to see a view of the ocean. It was such a cozy space and a reminder that bigger is not better. Highly recommend for either a solo traveler or a couple/two travelers!!

I was in need of an Airbnb and stumbled upon this listing. I was very pleased to find such a gem of a find! The location is steps away from the water and a close walk to close by coffee shops. The place itself was clean and spacious, I felt right at home! It really has everything you need for a stay in San Diego. Ariel was also very communicative for any concerns I had and checked in to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is located in a new building with a beautiful lobby and a lovely terrace. It’s quiet enough and conveniently close to the Gaslamp Quarter. The place is clean and features an elegant design. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you might need. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable, with a clear sense of care for the guest’s experience. There is some construction nearby, but it didn’t cause any discomfort at all — nothing to worry about.

Rented this airbnb for my 70 year old mother in law who was visiting family in the area. She said the airbnb was perfect - clean, easily accessible, everything you’d need and more.

Adam was an absolute lifesaver. After being left stranded by another host, I sent a last-minute request and he responded right away with kindness and professionalism. The home was immaculate, with so many thoughtful and charming touches that made me feel right at home. The space was quiet, the water pressure and temperature were perfect, and everything was just as described. There was a minor issue with a guest accidentally taking my parking spot, but Adam resolved it immediately—he was truly on top of everything. This stay turned what could’ve been a stressful night into a peaceful and welcoming experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking with Adam !

Staying at Jay and Erika’s place was a nice escape from the everyday grind. The super comfortable bed and relaxing hot tub were highlights for me. The place was a good jumping off point for exploring the beaches. I hiked Coronado beach, La Jolla beach and mission to Pacific beaches. Seaside pizza company near pacific beach was great NY style pizza—thin and crispy. Overall, this was a nice reset for me at a peaceful, comfortable spot in San Diego.

I stayed here with my husband in December. Super cute place! Has kind of a mid-century feel to it and was very cozy It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to most of the shops and restaurants and South Park. Only about a 10 minute walk to Kindred and Buona Forchetta Neighborhood is nice and quiet, and there was plenty of street parking while we were there (which can be challenging in South Park so we were stoked) Bed was comfortable and they had extra blankets that we used since it was cold. We also used the electric charger for our EV, which was an awesome perk Overall, this Airbnb is cute and in a great location. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
