The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. This is a private guest space a mile uphill from the beach. The unit has three rooms — the main section with queen size bed, dining table and seating; the bathroom (shower); and kitchen (refrigerator, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, and electric juicer). Enjoy a glass of wine or fresh orange juice in the garden. Large yard and several patio spaces. We allow dogs but do charge a pet fee. Email to tell us about your pet and we will adjust your price.

True, there is no direct view of the ocean from your Studio. BUT if you walk about 40 feet by the house, there is an ocean park right next door. It is perfect for drinking a morning coffee and listening the waves. It is the spot where locals hanging out. It is next to one of the most popular surfing spots in San Diego. Great for sun bathing and picnic. Close to a few sandy beaches. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. The Pacific Beach night life is 5 mins drive away.
