The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

La maison comprend à l'étage 1 suite parentale avec salle de bain comprenant une baignoire balnéo, un salon cosy équipé d'un canapé lit et au rdc, 1 grande chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 canapé lit, 1 sdb avec douche à l'italienne, 1 salle à manger avec 1 poêle à bois et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Les serviettes et linge de lit sont fournis.

We are set in the heart of the Forêt d’Écouves. Which is great for an energetic break, you can go hiking & cycling. For a tranquil time, emerge yourself in nature at its finest. For night owls if you have a clear night you can see the stars as there isn’t any light pollution. Also we’re not too far from the tourist attractions too

Small, charming and comfortable cottage at foot of a river and the forest, in a stud farm, in an estate that once belonged to a painter whose 19th century workshop remains attached to the castle. 10 minutes from the city center of Alençon and on the edge of the Ecouves forest, you are in peaceful nature to rest and recharge your batteries. Many walks, at 1km or less, a climbing spot, a trail course by bike and running, fitness trail. Pony club on place.

Located in our beautiful countryside of Marmouillé, come and recharge your batteries at Les Racines, at the foot of the hiking trails in our family property that we have renovated with all our heart to make it a cozy and cocooning space. We tried to make sure that you are at home by bringing as much equipment as possible so that you do not miss anything. So, all you have to do is enjoy small moments of happiness and sharing with family or friends.

Parcourez les chemins forestiers grâce aux VTC électriques disponibles en location ( 15€ la journée ou 10€ la demi-journée)

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Possibility of a sulky baptism in the harness racing stable, €30 for half an hour, by reservation. Pets are no longer allowed. Duck foie gras is produced on the farm. Products can also be purchased. Hammam spa sauna wellness area (Price €40 for 2 people and €60 for more than 2 people for a two-hour session

Cozy and eco-friendly "Rouge-Gorge" house

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This house was renovated in the porch of a farm dating from 1671 with eco-materials (lime, hemp, wood). Ideally located to visit the Alpes Mancelles (8 km), the Ecouves Forest (5 km) or the charming town of Alençon (10 km). In the countryside, but not far from the village where all the shops and services are located.
