The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and open space kitchen, 40 sqm terrace, living room with terrace overlooking the sea.

It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

Maison Monte d'A Rena overlooks the beach of the same name (Cala Monte d'Arena) about 10 meters from the shoreline. The flat is composed of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. The peculiarity is that each room has direct access to the outside, for a romantic getaway by the sea without the other guests noticing. One room has an en suite bathroom.
