The pool is closed from October to the end of May depending on the weather. Possibility to accommodate your horses in the meadow and ride them in the small quarry or on a walk. It is located 900 m from the town center, in a hamlet of 3 houses on the edge of the forest, and allows you to reach local shops (bakeries, pharmacy...) on foot, and to go directly for a walk in the forest of Perche Trappe. All 15 min from Mortagne, 2 hours from Paris via the N12, and 10 min from the Soligny water sports center.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!
