Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

Well air-conditioned, with balcony sea view, the Promenade des Anglais 50m away, with underground parking, close to all sites and amenities. After each rental, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected under the strict supervision of a co-host. At the foot of the building, you have a lot of choice of travel (tram L2, several buses, blue bike).

The apartment consists of a living/dining room with a large table for 6, two bedrooms with 160 x 200 double beds, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen and separate toilet. Gay friendly. Located between Magnan and the prestigious area of Fabron, the apartment is a seven-minute walk from the waterfront, the tram that takes you back to the city center and the Promen Promenade des Anglais. Perched at the heights, it has an amazing view.

Housing directly adjacent to that of the owner, it corresponds to a part made independent. The arrival time is fixed, but you can ask for a preferred arrival time to see if it's possible.

Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
