This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Well air-conditioned, with balcony sea view, the Promenade des Anglais 50m away, with underground parking, close to all sites and amenities. After each rental, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected under the strict supervision of a co-host. At the foot of the building, you have a lot of choice of travel (tram L2, several buses, blue bike).

The apartment consists of a living/dining room with a large table for 6, two bedrooms with 160 x 200 double beds, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen and separate toilet. Gay friendly. Located between Magnan and the prestigious area of Fabron, the apartment is a seven-minute walk from the waterfront, the tram that takes you back to the city center and the Promen Promenade des Anglais. Perched at the heights, it has an amazing view.
