Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

Really unique and beautiful place and location. It looked exactly like the photos and the view was incredible. It was perfect for a quiet stay outside the city center, while still being nearby and very well connected. Nathalie and Lionel were kind and quick to reply every time we asked them something during our stay.

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

I had a great stay and the location was fantastic. I had everything i needed and communication was perfect. I would recommend highly.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Our stay with Jalil, Sabine and their two sons was perfect all around. The hosts are very courteous and warm. The accommodation is clean, beautifully located in the family's garden and has everything you need. It is a good starting point for exploring Nice and the surrounding area. With rental bicycles, which are within walking distance, you can quickly reach the sea and the old town. We'd love to come back! Merci ❤️

Had a great stay! Lovely and thoughtful host. Opposite a nice bakery, super close to the beach, and extremely close to great transport links (the main tram lines are practically on the doorstep). Lovely private balcony - made even more private (in a great way) by a pretty tree. Would definitely come again!

Thanks Irina for the hospitality and we love the apartment ! It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

I absolutely love this place! It's incredibly convenient, offering an ocean view and plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. The tram and buses are right at your doorstep. The only downside is the noise from passing cars and trams. Unfortunately, some tourists can be quite loud, especially around 2 AM, but this is beyond the host's control. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I bought noise-canceling headphones, but as a light sleeper who doesn't drink, I still found the noise a bit challenging. The location is perfect for day trips to nearby cities, with quick tram access to the train station. It's also close to the airport, making Uber rides affordable or even taking the tram a good option. The host is very kind, providing shampoo, creams, shower gel, tea, and water, which I really appreciated since I was traveling with just a carry-on.

Staying at David’s Airbnb was truly a dream. It was the very first Airbnb I ever booked, and I can confidently say it was everything I had hoped for and more! The apartment was spotless, cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had zero complaints the entire time, which honestly says a lot. David himself was absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, and always responsive. He made everything so smooth and stress-free, which really helped me relax and enjoy my time. The location? Incredible. Super central, safe, and surrounded by great places to eat, explore, and soak in the local vibe. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’d love to come back and stay at David’s place again. It was a perfect home away from home. Highly, highly recommend!

I had a great 4-day stay in Nice! The apartment was clean, well-organized, and offered plenty of storage space, which made unpacking and settling in really easy. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Nice-Ville train station, which made getting around super convenient. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area!

We recommend this place and will definitely be back! Milana and the co-host were very lovely and helpful - we had an issue with the shower and they fixed it in 15mintes - probably less time than hotels would take. 5 ⭐️

Jario and Stephan were excellent hosts and were very helpful. They gave great instructions on how to get to the flat and were very welcoming when we arrived. Stephan was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than the advertised check in time. The flat is ideally located very close to a tram stop which makes all of Nice very accessible. It is also a very short walk from the sea with a lovely view from the balcony. Would have no hesitation recommending the property or the hosts they were a pleasure to deal with.Will definitely be making a return visit.

Great stay in Olivier and Manuela’s studio. The apartment is private and perfect for a couple and in a calm area, exactly as shown in pictures. Newly renovated, air conditioned, fully equipped with a kitchen that provides facilities to cook if required. A car or bicycles are necessary to access amenities nearby - although we took taxis into and out of Nice one night which was easy enough to do. Nice and the surrounding areas are a short drive. Olivier is a great guy, extremely kind and friendly. I would highly recommend their apartment and them as hosts

Listening to the host's friendly guidance, I saw the beautiful sea view right in front of the accommodation. It was very useful because you prepared all the necessary supplies for playing in the water at the beach. The accommodation was private, so it was quiet and cozy. It was good to rent a car and park, and it was easy to get around. I was so happy to have wonderful memories of the south of France here.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

To start with Martina was amazing, responsive and super helpful. She was also super flexible. The place is clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all things needed to make cook. The AC in each room works perfect. And the view from the balcony takes this place to another level. The elevator always worked for us which was also a plus. Would highly recommend and will def try to come back and stay at Martina’s 😬

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

This air b&b was amazing. So spacious, comfortable, huge balcony with gorgeous views. Two bathrooms & a bidet. Wow! Great location & the host was lovely!

The apartment’s location was excellent — just a short walk from everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, from fresh coffee to beach towels and even a sunshade, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, which added to our peace of mind. We also had one of the smoothest and most pleasant check-in experiences we’ve ever had, and the host was exceptionally responsive, answering all our questions almost instantly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
