Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Facing the sea, our beautiful 66 m2 apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. It is located on the 8th and top floor with elevator in a residential building. It consists of a large entrance hall with storage, two bedrooms (one with a loggia), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large living room incorporating a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Located between Magnan and the prestigious area of Fabron, the apartment is a seven-minute walk from the waterfront, the tram that takes you back to the city center and the Promen Promenade des Anglais. Perched at the heights, it has an amazing view.
