Apartment holiday rentals in La Marina

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

The apartment meets the basic needs for the holiday stay. The location has seemed spectacular, easy access by walking to two beaches and the gastronomic area with beautiful views of the nautical club. The communication, service and service of the hosts was excellent.

The apartment was really easy to find and the host gave us very precise instructions prior to arrival about the property and security. The apartment was great!, it looked just like the images, was clean and very safe for our children. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the location was ideal for us, lovely private pools and the beach was amazing...we had a car which i would recommend as there is alot to do in the area, great restaurants and shopping. Ramon was a great host! The place is beautiful and has great views , i liked the apartment set up . It has AC everywhere and was clean . He was super helpful and answered fast to every inquiry I had . I will deff stay here more often :) It exactly as described and looks like the pictures. Amazing stay!

Iconic apartment is perfect for relaxing holiday. The place is just the way it was described! Everything was clean and messaging to host was easy and they anwsered quickly! There is bus stop nearby that goes to Alicante and Santa Pola so that made traveling to these places easy! Only very small minus is maybe the one set of keys (if there is people who want to do different stuff) I truly recommend this place if you want to relax with good ameneties and the beach nearby😊!

Everything was great, Carlos communication was amazing and helpful, he was waiting for me in front of the property show me around the apartment. The apartment is nearby amenities and has plenty or restaurant to go out and eat. View from apartment is amazing with beautiful sunrise also very friendly with dogs. Highly recommended!

Really great apartment for long-ish term stay with what you need for making simple food. Supermarket close by, Lidl is 35 minutes away if you want more diversity. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and it's really nice and maintained with few people in May, despite the 25+/- a bit degrees Celsius. To the right side of the beach, the old, regular beach can be found which is better for privacy and nature.

Very friendly and informative host. We were able to check in early, and found the neighborhood easy to navigate and get around. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around the old town area just nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

He was proactive and always available to help throughout! The location is situation 15 mins walk from the city which was not bad!! The terrace is definitely a bonus!!!!

The apartment was an excellent choice – it actually looks even better than in the photos. It’s spacious, clean, and very well equipped, located in a quiet area but close to everything you need. Anne, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, always available for any questions. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at this cottage was good. Very lovely cottage, very nice view. The terrace, which belongs to the cottage, can be enjoyed. The pool looked neat, the house itself is new and equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended to go.

The place was not only clean and beautifully decorated, but also the view of the sea and the city lights was simply breathtaking. It was a real highlight to watch the passing planes. The hospitality of Dietmar and Ann-Charlotte was exceptional. The beautiful apartment is very quiet and the bed is really very comfortable! We can recommend the place 100%. We'd love to come back any time!

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

Just returned from a 3 day stay with friends at Pierre’s place, he could not have been more helpful greeting us late at night for check in as our flight was delayed, explained all the apartments facilities and was on hand if needed. We stupidly locked ourselves out of the underground parking provided and he went above and beyond to do what he could to help us despite being away from home for the weekend, he is definitely our top host, the apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable with everything you would need, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and watch the harbour cinema, we will definitely stay here again, thanks so much Pierre.

I'm very happy with my stay. Very nice neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, clean and very comfortable. I received accurate information on how to get to the apartment, about attractions and shops in the area. Very good contact with the landlord. I recommend this apartment to everyone. :)

Great apartment, not much surrounding, but we were happy using the pool and the hot tub to fill our days.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Caltalina has been very responsive to all messages senr prior to booking. On arrival she met with us and allowed us to check in 3 hrs before recommended on the booking. She was very helpful. Accommodation was superb! Beach qas less than a 10 minute walk as was shops and restaurants. Apartment was perfect and los arenales del sol is a beautiful place to visit . Thank you!
