We were reluctant to write a review because we kind of didn't want anyone but us to know how fabulous this place is! :) It's absolutely dreamy and everything the pictures and descriptions promise. Great location, lovely, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is thoughtfully laid out and beautifully decorated, relaxing vibe... even a private patio! What else can we say? It. Is. Perfect! There were a few small issues — when we moved the sofa bed, we found quite a bit of trash underneath, as well as under other furniture and behind trash cans. I have small children and wanted to make sure nothing was left behind, so it was noticeable during our quick check. Other than that, everything was peWe felt very comfortable in the home. Nice place to stay in the San Diego area. Conveniently located within reasonable driving distance to popular attractions and nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The backyard and pool are beautiful. The pool was by far the highlight of our stay. Miguel is an exceptional host: responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to communicate with.

We had such a wonderful stay at Serafima’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning the space was — it looks exactly like the photos, if not better in person. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the home had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Serafima was an exceptional host — incredibly responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. As a group of girls traveling together, we felt very safe and completely at ease the entire time. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting San Diego. It made our trip extra special, and we’d absolutely stay again!

Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Laura’s place! It was an awesome location! We loved the vibe and the at home feel. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was very clean. Having a parking space was also very convenient! Laura was really attentive to any questions, and I can tell that the comfort level of her guests matters to her. Would definitely stay here again!

My first solo trip but I felt extremely safe staying here! Although it’s located in downtown it’s a calm neighborhood. The plane noises didn’t bother me because I would just cover my ears when I heard it get close.

This place was great, my family and I had an amazing trip and my kids thought it was magical to be able to walk to the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to a lot of amenities. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back. 10 out of 10 will be recommending.

We had a great stay! It was close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Bradley was very responsive and helpful!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Our extended family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-equipped AirBnb. The AirBnb is thoughtfully designed with lots of lux features. It is conveniently located close to activities around the area and had everything we needed to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The family enjoyed the pool, sauna, gym, and spacious kitchen and living areas — something for everyone! It was super helpful to have access to a washer and dryer and we noticed there were high chairs, a pack and play, and a stroller for those with younger kids. We highly recommend!

Beautiful property and surroundings. Loved all of the plants and fruit trees around the property! The pool and hot tub were well kept and we had a blast! We were a big group, I loved how many lounge areas this property had. We never felt cramped or like we didn’t have space/chairs for everyone. Beds were super comfortable - way more comfortable than you usually expect at a rental. The host was super responsive and it seemed like they had thought of everything!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

Liam and Mia were lovely! They were very communicative and responsive to all my inquiries before and during our stay. The place was immaculate and everything exceeded our expectations. There were also plenty of extra towels and comforters, which was a big plus for our group of 10. Definitely recommend!

This was a beautiful place overlooking the airport and water! It was really cool to watch airplanes take off and land from the living room. The host was super nice and very responsive. I’d definitely come back here :)

This place was great!! Had a bachelor party with 12 dudes and everyone had a bed or cot to sleep on. Pool and hot tub were perfect and the landscaping was well done. The property in general felt pretty remote as well, which helps with privacy. Overall we were happy with the place and would recommend
