Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et agencée. la literie est confortable. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. la vue de la terasse est incroyable et le quartier très calme. la plage en bas à 2 min en voiture somptueuse. Giuliana a été super réactive et nous a accueilli au pied levé. au plaisir d un prochain sejour

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Si nous pouvions mettre une note de 10 sur 5, nous le ferions sans hésiter . Nous pouvions rien demander de plus, l’hébergement est juste parfait. Daniele est tellement sympathique et réactif. Rien n’a redire.

L’host è stato super disponibile per tutta la permanenza dando consigli su cosa visitare e come muoverci. La casa molto bella e curata e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il paese non è sul mare ma lo si raggiunge facilmente con 10 minuti di macchina, inoltre è in una posizione che rende facile visitare diverse città spostandosi di poco. In generale super consigliato come alloggio se si vuole fare una vacanza in queste zone

Die Wohnung haben wir vor allem wegen des Whirpools und der Aussicht gemietet. Hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht! Es war einfach ein Traum den Tag in diesem zu beginnen und zu beenden. Die Temperatur des Whirlpools war im April bei 20*C Lufttemperatur für uns absolut in Ordnung und nicht zu kalt und die 37*C des Whirlpools wurden über mehrere Stunden gehalten. Absolut positiv zu erwähnen ist die freundliche proaktive Art von Christian, was ihn definitiv zu einem Superhost macht. Seine Tips, welche Strände und Restaurants wir besuchen sollten, hat diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht, da wir in kurzer Zeit die atemberaubenden Hightlights der Umgebung besuchen konnten! Siamo arrivati un pò prima del previsto ma Peola ci ha accolti in modo impeccabile, la casa era perfettamente come descritta in mezzo al verde, al silenzio e molto comoda alla spiaggia. Quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni abbiamo avuto risposte immediate ed esaustive. Abbiamo passato un ottimo periodo di relax.

Letizia est une hôte charmante, super gentille et très disponible. L’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui aiment le calme, la nature et le rustique. Ces recommandations nous ont permis d’exploiter parfaitement notre temps. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Alles prima. Einfacher Check-In/Out, alles sauber, sehr hilfsbeite und freundliche Gastgeber, viel Natur, Alghero war gut zu Fuß erreichbar, viel zu entdecken für kleine Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind einfach wunderbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Pino, Silvana und Marco waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Castelsardo und genossen die wunderbare Aussicht von Bett und Balkon. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Zwieback, Marmelade, Tee, Gewürzen, Kaffee etc. Auf Fragen erhielten wir immer ein schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Für den privaten Parkplatz ist ein Auto kleinerer Größenklasse angebracht, wir haben es aber sogar mit einem SUV hinbekommen. 😁 Empfehlung: Unbedingt die nette Enoteca nebenan besuchen!

Wohnung ist top, guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, ruhig gelegen mit toller Terrasse, super Ausblick. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommer gerne wieder.

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Terrasse bietet ausreichend Platz zum Essen und Entspannen, toller Blick aufs Meer und den Pool. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Elisabetta hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch um die Gegend zu erkunden.

We had a delightful stay at Elvira's house. It's a beautifully designed house in a quiet spot in the hills with incredible views. It has lots of nice al fresco dining spots, a really nice pool, table tennis, and 4 good sized bedrooms. The sun room near the pool is also great - our kids enjoyed playing in there with the various toys and games that they found. We ended up spending two of our days just at the house all day as we liked it so much. We ended up parking at the bottom of the path for most of the stay as I found it more comfortable than driving up the steep path each time, though we did take our Nissan Juke to the top of the path on the night we arrived. I'm sure plenty of people are happy to park at the top, but you have both options. Elvira was very friendly and welcoming, having met us when we arrived to guide us and give us a tour of the house. We had everything we needed and had a really relaxing and enjoyable week at the house - I'd definitely recommend it to others!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Von Anfang an haben wir uns bei Maria und Stefano wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Check-In war früher, wie an sich vereinbart, möglich. Die beiden haben immer ein großes Interesse daran gehabt zu wissen, ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind. Von diversen Empfehlungen für Restaurants bis zu den Tipps, wie wir an welche Strände gelangen, auf Wunsch standen uns beide stets zur Seite. Besonders toll ist, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat und alle Schlafräume mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. Ausserdem eine offene Küche mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheit innen UND außen auf der schattigen Terrasse. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich wie in einem botanischen Garten. Das Anwesen liegt nah an einer zentralen Verkehrsanbindung, ist aber absolut ruhig, man wohnt mitten in einer riesigen Villen- bzw. Gartenanlage. Kurzum, es bleiben kaum Wünsche für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub übrig. Ein toller Familienurlaub mit den Kindern. Mille Grazie a Maria e Stefano.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Giulio, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt!

Tolle Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern. Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 5 und 9 Jahren haben uns hier Pudelwohl gefühlt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und alles verfügbar in ihr. Gepflegtes Bad und schön sauber. Tolle Schlafräume für Eltern und Kinder. Sehr schöner Wohnraum und Terrasse. Viele Handtücher und Wechselwäsche vorhanden. Wir haben auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine wegen der Kids benutzt. Alles einwandfrei. Sonnenschirm und Sandspielzeug für die Kleinen vorhanden. Private ruhige Wohnanlage mit seperaten Pool und Strandzugang. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege für die tolle Wohnung und die super nette Unterstützung bedanken 😃

Paola‘s house has a breathtaking view from the huge terrace. We loved it very much and enjoyed our stay there immensely. Paola was very kind and helpful. She shared her favorite restaurants and even made the reservations for us. She also was very flexible with the check out, so we could relax a little more on our last day. It was very appreciatated.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles sah aus wie beschrieben und noch schöner, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns nützliche Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man in schnell am Meer oder den umliegenden Orten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen- vor allem mit den flauschigen Mitbewohnern🐕😊
