Orientée plein sud, la maison s’ouvre sur un jardin clos, sans vis-à-vis, véritable havre de paix, bien qu’elle ne dispose pas de vue mer. Dès les premiers instants, on s’y sent chez soi. On y goûte le calme, le caractère des lieux et l’incomparable proximité de la mer pour se baigner à quelques pas, tout en restant à deux pas du centre-ville.

Très bel appartement au coeur du quartier Mazarin, centre historique, au 1er étage d 'un immeuble classé bien entretenu, au calme, vue sur jardin, très lumineux et traversant, orienté Nord/Sud, 4 m sous plafond, un grand séjour avec cuisine américaine, une grande chambre avec lit king size et une chambre avec couchage double, ainsi qu'un lit double sur mezzanine. Une sdb et une salle d'eau. Récemment rénové , tomettes au sol , literie très haut de gamme, meubles de style , équipements premium.
