You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. Guests can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. Experience the unusual side of Nantes aboard this spacious Dutch star moored at the pontoon, on the Erdre. Ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of the South Station (100 m). Alone, as a couple, with family, friends or colleagues, you can enjoy all the space of "La Jolyest", from the stern to the bow! The boat offers: a cabin with a double bed and a single berth, a cabin with two single beds, a kitchen area with, if necessary, a convertible double bed.

Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
