You will be on the 2nd and top floor of our house but completely independent. You will have at your disposal a brand new equipped kitchen and shower room. The apartment is cozy and well insulated. Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude. Perched 7 meters high, it will seduce you with its stunning views of the surrounding oak and pine treetops. Accessible by a staircase, it can accommodate 4 people.

In a 19th-century house with a 5,000 m² park, renovated in 2020, enjoy a 90 m² self-contained accommodation in one wing of the house, featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11 m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible to a 180 cm bed), a 30 m² living room, and a private terrace.
