7-person cottage in the countryside

Renovated house in the heart of Entre-de-Mers, ideally located for visiting the area, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux. In the town of Blasimon, not far from the departmental lake and the Abbey. My grandparents put their heart and soul into it. So yes, I put my own touch on it, but it was mostly a choice to keep this property that they had left me. I loved growing up there, coming and living there, so I'm sure others will appreciate this place and keep it alive.

You can enjoy an entire and independent accommodation with its equipped kitchenette: coffee maker, oven, microwave, top fridge, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, glassware, plates, cutlery. A bathroom and a large living space with a sleeping area. A private terrace. The garden and 5x11 pool are shared.

Ideally located on the hillsides on the outskirts of downtown La Réole, you will enjoy a special view of this historic city thanks to its panoramic terrace. You will be close to many vineyard tours such as Sauterne and St Emilion, bastides and castles, activities such as mountain biking along the Garonne Canal, canoeing on the Ciron You will be 1 hour from Bordeaux and 1.5 hours from the ocean.
