For hiking, direct departure from the chalet, 5 min from the cross-country ski area of Agy, 10 min from the Carroz and the large massif where 5 resorts are connected (265km of slopes!): Flaine, Morillon, Sixt, Samoëns. For the summer season, canyoning, rock-climbing, rafting, paragliding, mountain biking, summer tobogganing, tree climbing...

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).

A small cottage ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children at the foot of the mountains, 1.8 km from the ski slopes of the Morillon ski resort and the Grand Massif area (Flaine, Samoëns, Les Carroz). You can enjoy downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing... A beautiful view of the mountains awaits you. We can guide you through the discovery of the valley. We can provide you with linens and towels for 10 euros per person.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Come and recharge your batteries in our alpine chalet located at 1300 m altitude and enjoy stunning views of the Mont Blanc range. Isolated in the heart of a vast clearing, it is a haven of peace accessible by car in summer. (In winter, access by snowshoe or tracked quad*.) Numerous walks, from the chalet. Nordic bath available (extra charge).
