Holiday rentals with a patio in La Roche-en-Ardenne

Absoluut boeken dit! Je krijgt meer dan waar voor je geld! Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, met goede keuken, warme en goede douche, een fatsoenlijk, fijn bed en met alles erop en eraan wat nodig is. Het ligt ook op korte afstand van Echternach en daarmee zowel wandelroutes als ook restaurants etc. Maar vooral de service is top.... Gabriele is een ontzettend warm mens, reageert snel, helpt bij alles en heeft deze plek echt tot een fijne huiselijke plek gemaakt! Ik heb hier een toptijd gehad en dat komt echt door Gabriele

Séjour court mais très agréable. Gunther est très sympathique, il sait mettre ses hôtes en confiance. Bières spéciales à l'arrivée, cela fait toujours plaisir. Gite impeccable et décoré avec goût. Nous le recommandons.

Très beau logement, lumineux et très propre. Le propriétaire était toujours réactif aux demandes. Le quartier est calme, verdoyant et agréable. En revanche , il y avait une erreur dans l'annonce concernant le nombre de chambres et de couchages (trois couchages et non quatre). Enfin, le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable. Hormis ces points notre séjour fut très agréable !

Tres bien situé, appartement tres propre et accueillant !

Het was super om te verblijven, mooi gelegen, super parkeren op de eigen oprit. Bij aankomst stonden er allemaal snacks klaar! Wij zijn super tevreden ik zou deze plek zeker aanraden!

Rachel place was described, very clean, very close to the metro and attractions. The bed was very comfortable as well. Communication was easy and response was quick when ever I asked questions. The instructions given by Rachel & Jean Marc were very clear. Really appreciate the effort that they put in. The only issue we had was the poor soundproofing, which is probably the same for the buildings around Europe. The bedroom seems to be next to the neighbor's kitchen/dining area. We got woken up in the middle of the night by the noise/sound of the neighbor making food after a late night out. and the next couple days we can hear them getting ready for the day in the morning. Not sure if it only happened to us as there weren't many people who mentioned about this issue. Other than that, we had a good time in the flat, nothing else to complain.

Logement très agréable et proche du centre ville à pied

Seconde fois que nous y allons, tout c’est très bien passé. Poêle allumé pour l’arrivée. Nous avons profité du jacuzzi. À très bientôt certainement.

Ons verblijf in Erezee was geweldig! De accomodatie is perfect, je voelt je daar direct thuis. Ludo is ook een perfecte host want hij reageerde direct op al onze vragen. Het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Nogmaals bedankt voor dit fijne verblijf! Groetjes Cleo en Emmanuel

Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen, het huis is comfortabel en goed uitgerust en de omgeving is prachtig.

Wir waren zu 6. in dem wirklich tollen, großen Haus! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch mehr! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurden. Es gibt viele Highlights, unter anderem eine Sauna, der Hot Tub und ein Billardtisch. Es ist sehr ländlich gelegen, man hört die Tiere anstatt den Verkehr. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um zum nächsten Supermarkt oder in die nächste Stadt zu gelangen. Die Kommunikation mit Christian war super. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Hat man ein Anliegen hilft er sofort. Vielen Dank! Wir würden das Haus definitiv weiterenpfehlen!

We hebben echt een hele leuke tijd gehad in Zoutleeuw. Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig in het huis. Het huis had ook een enorme tuin, je kon er echt tot rust komen. Ook de omgeving is echt prachtig, je hoeft de straat maar uit te lopen en je loopt/fietst het natuurgebied in. Steden als Leuven en Maastricht zijn goed aan te rijden. Last but not least: Ines was een supervriendelijke en attente host!

Erg groot appartement. Grote slaapkamers met fijne bedden. Mooie badkamer met ligbad, douche, wasmachine en droger. Fijn terras met uitzicht op de heuvels. Zeer complete keuken. Vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Echt een aanrader voor mensen die van rust houden.

Wij genoten enorm van ons verblijf! We werden warm onthaald met een heel lekkere versnapering, drankje en attentie. De accomodatie is een klein paradijsje. De keuken is heel praktisch en ruim ingericht. Er is een nette badkamer. Op de slaapkamer kan het warm zijn maar er is een airco voorzien. Het zwembad bracht de nodige verkoeling! Er zijn twee terrassen waar we graag gebruik van maakten. Christophe en Jasmine waren vlot bereikbaar bij vragen. Wij genoten van een rustige en deugddoende vakantie!

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst van Bert, wij hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen in het nette, sfeervolle huisje met alles er op en er aan. Een aanrader voor wie van natuur, wandelen, rust en graag gezellig samen is met familie of vrienden.

nous avons passé un tres agreable sejour chez Olivier. nous remercions Olivier pour sa disponibilité et ses instructions claires et précises. La maison est très propre, confortable et avec une belle terrasse. Nous avons apprecié la proximité du circuit Spa Francorchamps, à seulement 40 min. merci encore

El apartamento está equipado como una vivienda habitual, es amplio, luminoso y con una magnífica terraza. Norbert está permanentemente pendiente de tus demandas y su vecina Christel es el ejemplo de cómo se pueden salvar los problemas de comunicación a base de amabilidad y cordialidad.

War alles super! Gerne buchen wir wieder.

Michèle is the sweetest person and a very thoughtful host. She was very flexible with my check-in or request to check in early. Her neighbor was even helpful. Michèle shares her home and it is a such a cool space. The large window with the flowers boxes. The birds landing outside as the sun shined in. I enjoyed my stay. I walked around the neighborhood. I’m so glad Michèle encouraged me to venture out instead of ordering in. I enjoyed the local restaurants and a bakery she recommended (get the tart with fresh raspberries 💖). I used the washer, I lounged on the sofa, I love the bedroom with the French doors. Michèle checked on me regularly during my stay, even when she found out I was feeling under the weather, she made she I felt well enough to travel. When you stay at Michele’s home, she shares so much useful info. I have notes for my next visit. As a solo female traveler, a host like Michèle is pure gold.

Wir waren im Juni als 2 Erwachsene ohne Kinder hier zum Wandern und um die Gegend zu entdecken. Dafür war die sehr saubere und minimalistisch eingerichtete, 2-geschossige Ferienwohnung mit ruhiger Terrasse und 2 Schlafzimmern unterm Dach gut geeignet. Die Toilette befand sich im EG - wer also nachts rausmuss, muss die Stiege runter. Schränke im Schlafzimmer gibts nicht, dafür ein kleines Metallregal mit 2 Böden und eine offene Kleiderstange mit Bügeln ca. 40cm - für 4 Tage auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Wer lichtempfindlich ist, Schlafmaske mitnehmen, es gibt nur Sichtschutzrollos innen an den Fenstern, die aber kaum verdunkeln. Die Lage ist für Familien und Naturbegeisterte total ideal. Wir haben immer nur dort gefrühstückt und sind abends in den umliegenden Orten Essen gegangen - in Woffelsbach selbst hats kaum Gastronomie (eher für Tagesgäste vom See Schnellimbiss/ Kiosk …)

Stunning place, and the most homely Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in :) Completely spotless and it really has everything you could ever need. The garden is big and quiet, looking over the fields. Supermarket nearby. Easy parking and handy garage space if you’re coming with bikes or a pushchair. Overall we love it and Anja has been really responsive and helpful!
