The Little House on La Pude

STRICTLY NO CONTRACTORS Situated next to an 18th Century mill house and stream, on the Dordogne/Charente border in beautiful countryside. Fantastic base to explore. Enjoy a tranquil escape, only a short drive from local attractions and outdoor activities. The little house has rooms over three levels, with a generous balcony, private patio and use of the large garden. The garden is enclosed to one side and the river flows through on the other side. The river can be accessed for paddling.

Ce gîte est classé meublé touristique 3 étoiles pour 6 personnes mais peut accueillir 8 personnes. Piscine privée avec dôme. A proximité : Parc naturel du Périgord-Limousin, Brantôme, la Venise verte du Périgord, Les grottes de Villard, St Jean de Cole et Aubeterre, classés plus beaux villages de France, Marché de Ribérac.

Proche supermarché (à 10mn : Villebois-Lavalette), boulangeries (Dignac à 10mn : excellente avec beaucoup de diversité + pâtisserie ou La Rochebeaucourt à 5mn : moins de choix)

The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Nous vous accueillons comme nous souhaiterions l'être ! A votre demande, on vous donnera les bonnes adresses (restaus, soirées gourmandes à la ferme, le Périgord Vert vous attend tout l'été !). Au réveil, on vous apporte le pain frais avec les confitures du jardin et le beurre bio. Pas de wifi ni de télévision mais des livres, des jeux, et un grand jardin privatif !
