Comfortable guest house studio with a pool

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This charming outbuilding is located between the sea and the Cévennes. It is very close to Nîmes (15 min), the Pont du Gard (30 min), the sea (50 min) and the 1st Cévennes rivers (Pont de Mialet, 40 min). This outbuilding is 20 m from our house and leaves you all the peace and quiet near the pool. You will have the best welcome and the necessary help as soon as you arrive. Air-conditioned outbuilding and internet via fiber for work or leisure.

The song of cicadas resonates between its exposed stones and beams, in a palette of raw tones, enhanced with lavender blue touches. Ideally located a 10-minute walk to Place aux Herbes. Completely renovated, it combines originality and comfort: garden level, it has an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs, a cozy air-conditioned bedroom for peaceful nights.

Close to all amenities (supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacco... 800 m away), located between Nîmes and Alès, the house is a good starting point for visiting the surroundings.

On request sheets for the sofa , crib and baby chair. Private terrace with garden furniture , sunbeds , umbrella and plancha . Free access to shared pool. Quiet and unoverlooked environment.

Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids) and four-legged friends, you are welcome!!

Sheets are available for making the beds. remember to bring your own food, nothing is available. The air conditioning is a little noisy

Fully equipped studio 10 minutes from Nîmes and the University Hospital

New independent studio on a beautiful property. You will be completely in the countryside but close to Nîmes ( 10 min ). The studio of about 35 m2 is composed of a beautiful room with kitchen and a bathroom. It is attached to a large villa of 300 m2 on a plot of 2800 m2 on which you can park. Our family of 6 live in the villa on a daily basis. You can take advantage of the swimming pool and bocce court if weather permits.

Close to the hyper-center, this 2 rooms of 30 m2 was completely renovated at the end of 2021. On the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, in a small condominium, parking is free nearby. A 5-minute walk from the historic center and a Carrefour City, 10 minutes from Nîmes Centre train station and the Arènes train station. By car: 12 minutes from the exhibition center and 20 minutes from the Pont du Gard Tgv station.

Our pretty stone house of 120 m2, recently renovated and air-conditioned, awaits you for a pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with outdoor lounge, barbecue, ping-pong table. The 3X3 swimming pool, adjoining the terrace, is perfect for cooling off, having fun and keeping the children under supervision. The accommodation has a fiber internet connection and parking for several vehicles. Pets are welcome.
