Located in a place called 5 kms from the SALVETAT SUR AGOUT where you will find all the shops, near Lake Raviège, 5 minutes from the leisure base of Les Bouldouïres. Close to lakes (Raviege, St Peyres, Laouzas, Vesole), in the Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park, hiking trails. 1-2 hours drive: the Millau Viaduct, Albi, the city of Carcassonne, reach the Mediterranean, the Canal du Midi, the Sidobre etc.

Renovated 18 m2 cottage, air-conditioned, with a living room (TV), kitchenette (fridge, 2 burners, COMBINE oven, SENSEO coffee maker etc.), mezzanine bedroom, shower room + toilet, 20 m2 terrace and small lawn area, overlooking the river and valley
