Il mesure 35 m2 et la terrasse privée 25 m2. Les restaurants et le parc Braudel sont tout proches. C'est le lieu idéal pour des vacantes relaxantes ou sportives, avec de nombreuses possibilités d'activités nautiques et de randonnées à pied ou en VTT.
