The first shops are less than 5 minutes away as well as the first beaches: Fabregas, La Verne, Les Sablettes. The property is secured by a gate. The bed is on the mezzanine, in an attic area, accessible by a ladder without a railing. A television is installed with a portable antenna (channel reception not always optimal).
