Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Lovely newly renovated townhouse near town and shops 15 minutes from the 24h of Le Mans circuit. It consists of 2 bedrooms including one equipped with a smart TV with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with smart TV too. The bathroom has an Italian shower. The Kingfisher
