The accommodation is rated 2 stars. At La Tranche sur Mer, parking is paid from April to September, I give a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella Maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is just a few meters from the house! You will also enjoy a nice sea view from the living room and terrace. The city center is very close, only a 5-minute walk. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, the exteriors carefully designed with a landscaper.

Our holiday maisonette is bright, warm and functional, a cozy little nest for 2 people. For a break or for a few days of vacation. You park around the maisonette and after that everything is within walking distance! Possibility: 2 adults + 1 child able to climb 50 cm steps (contact us).
