Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbor are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in just a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with unlimited trips.

An excellent weekend spent in this beautiful accommodation. Matches the photos and descriptions, even beyond expectations, it seemed bigger than in the photos, very positive. Clean place where we felt at home: cozy, cocooning and warm. A beautiful exterior for breakfast and other meals outside. A big thank you to Audrey for her exchanges and availability. Great stay at Stéphanie's house. Everything is as described and well organized. The house is a 2-minute walk from the ocean and very close to bike paths, market, village, while being quiet. The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

A well-appointed accommodation, close to amenities and a stone's throw from the port of Saint-Martin. A very responsive host who takes good care of his guests; he responded promptly to water damage in one of the bathrooms. Too bad the local products were no longer available in the accommodation. Ile de Ré is definitely an expensive destination, but well worth it! I recommend visiting outside of August if possible, as it can be quite busy and prices tend to be higher. We were very lucky with the weather during our stay — it was unusually hot and humid. Keep in mind that the house does not have air conditioning or fans. I mentioned this to Didier, the fabulous host, and he has since purchased fans for the house, which is much appreciated! The location is perfect for families and friends, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred activities: biking, relaxing at the beach, or shopping in the charming local stores of La Couarde.

Amazing accommodation, I came to spend a weekend with family (7 people) and it was perfect! We didn't step on each other's toes because the accommodation is very large. The pool was super well maintained, the neighborhood was quiet and discreet. I recommend it 100%, I would come back. A big thank you to Anthony for this beautiful accommodation and his kindness. Jard sur mer is a beautiful place, a friendly city. The welcome was very good and the accommodation was good too. It should perhaps be clarified that the accommodation is in the basement (very well equipped) of the house and that there is therefore no direct access to the outside (terrace) via a door. And that the entrance is via the old garage (via the garage door). This is not a problem (only if there is a power outage, but it is very rare). Just a general remark, the sofa in the kitchen is "broken" and the seat is not very good and to get out of it is not easy. Otherwise, everything else is good and corresponds to the description. Thank you for the welcome.

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully designed and well equipped villa, which entirely met our expectations- ripe apricots on the tree and our own Boule court were delightful extras. It is ideally situated within walking distance of both the beach and the town centre. Communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. We would recommend to others without hesitation and hope that we will visit again before too long

Such a great place and location! It’s exactly as it’s listed and more! The concierge Isabelle, who greeted us was great! Very friendly, informative and kept in touch with us re an earlier arrival time if we wanted it, and clear arrangements for our departure day! 👍 The accommodation had everything we needed - was very comfortable, and so tidy and clean/spotless on our arrival. It is located in a lovely very peaceful residential area- pine cladded /sandy & just 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach, and not much further to centre of the village with bars/ restaurants & shops! (About 10 mins!) We hope to be back, thank you Valérie, and we highly recommend this great accommodation! Do give it a try, and book! You won’t be disappointed! Rob & Ann Hampshire/England.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was in line with (or even better than) what was described in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities and points of interest of the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. I recommend this apartment without hesitation, and I will not hesitate to return during a future stay in Les Sables.

What a special place this cottage is, an absolute must. Yes, it is small, but the type of house and the garden make everything good. It is beautifully decorated and the whole atmosphere with the garden makes you fall in love with the place.
