One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Located in one of the most enchanting and strategic positions of La Villa, this exclusive luxury apartment is the ideal place to savour the beauty of Alta Badia. In winter, you can just take off on your skis and reach the World Cup Gran Risa Ski slope or the Gardenaccia (great for beginners) in a few seconds. The Ski school is a few steps away. During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Waidacherhof-See is located in Prags/Braies in South Tyrol. Natural materials, rustic old wood, contrasting stone, cozy felt and loden are among the main components of the apartment. The 53m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Located in San Martin de Tor (San Martino in Badia/St. Martin in Thurn) in the beautiful ‘House Belodei’, apartment A is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. The ground floor apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with a queen size bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television.

Great apartment with lots of privacy on the first floor of a detached house. You are very welcome to share the beautiful garden for relaxing or sunbathing. The integrated kitchen provides a maximum of autonomy. The bathroom is very spacious. In the sleeping room 2 people can spend the night comfortably in the double bed. In the kitchen/living room, there is located an additional pull-out sofa for 2 more people/children for staying overnight.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.
