We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

The front courtyard is facing south. You can easily access in 10 to 15 minutes the medieval city of Dinan, or Dinard and its beautiful sandy beaches, and in 15 to 20 minutes to Saint Malo or Dol de Bretagne. You can also quickly access the Gr34 and discover the banks of the Rance.
